挂载共享文件夹

sudo mount -t fuse.vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs -o allow_other

字段	含义
sudo	需要 root 权限才能挂载
-t mount -t fuse.vmhgfs-fuse	- type：指定文件系统类型，为 FUSE 的 vmhgfs-fuse 驱动（即 VMware 提供的用户态文件系统）
.host:/	这是 VMware 的伪路径，代表“宿主机上所有已共享的文件夹”
/mnt/hgfs	客户机里的挂载点，共享内容将出现在这里
-o allow_other	- options：追加挂载选项，允许 非 root 用户 也能访问该挂载点（默认 FUSE 只允许挂载者本人）
